: (1) Loan according to this regulation. After the recovery, one percent of the recovered loan amount must be submitted to the debt recovery tribunal by the cooperative organization as a debt recovery fee.
(2) When the cooperative organization submits the amount according to sub-rule (1), only the remaining amount will be deducted from the amount submitted according to sub-rule (2) of rule 44.
(3) The amount to be deposited as per sub-rule (1) shall be deposited by the Debt Recovery Tribunal in the accumulated account as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
